Davis-Besse Correspondence Related to NRC Bulletin 2002-01

On March 18, 2002, NRC issued NRC Bulletin 2002-01, reactor pressure vessel head degradation and reactor coolant pressure boundary integrity. The three categories of responses (15-Day Response, 30-Day Response, and 60-Day Response) provides functional tracking of licensees' progress through the Bulletin 2002-01 process.

On July 29, 2003, the NRC issued Regulatory Issue Summary 2003-013: "NRC Review of Responses to Bulletin 2002-01, 'Reactor Pressure Vessel Head Degradation and Reactor Coolant Pressure Boundary Integrity'"
