U.S. Virgin Islands: Non-Agreement State Information
The U.S. Virgin Islands are not an Agreement State and have jurisdiction over x-ray equipment, naturally occurring radioactive materials, and certain radioactive materials that are not produced in a reactor.
The NRC's Regional Office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, (Region I) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in the U.S. Virgin Islands. No operating nuclear reactors or fuel cycle facilities are located in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
