REMARKS:

TI 2600/003 (Operational Safety Review) is issued to supplement the scope of Inspection Procedure (IP) 88020, "Regional Nuclear Criticality "Safety Inspection Program," for an interim period of one year. The TI is necessary because of inadvertent omissions of certain safety aspects from IP 88020, during its last revision. The current IP 88020 just addresses nuclear criticality safety at fuel cycle facilities, whereas the previous version also addressed radiological, industrial, chemical, and fire safety.
