FITNESS FOR DUTY EVENT
The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email:
"On August 29, 2025, Sequoyah Nuclear (SQN) operations was informed that a SQN licensed [employee] had tested positive for alcohol, in violation of the Tennessee Valley Authority fitness for duty policy.
"The individual's access has been placed on a 14-day denial.
"The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."
