NRC collected the information contained in the Reactor Vessel Integrity Database (RVID) from a number of sources, including licensee responses to Generic Letter (GL) 92-01, Revision 1; and GL 92-01, Revision 1, Supplement 1; surveillance capsule reports; documents referenced in the GL 92-01 submittals; and as applicable; pressurized thermal shock (PTS) submittals; P/T limits reports and responses to staff's Requests for Additional Information (RAIs).
