Welcome to the NRC’s “Employee Journey” site. The purpose of this site is to provide applicants an opportunity to explore career paths at the agency. The positions below have been identified as having future workforce gaps over the next five years.

The goal of the Employee Journey site is to:

Engage potential applicants;
Improve career planning capabilities and align applicant expectations with agency needs; and
Improve applicant understanding of requirements for various positions.
